The Community Relations Committee needs your help.  We are compiling information regarding the extent of volunteer involvement that our employees donate to our community.  We are interested in LOCAL activities that you may contribute time to helping.  The hours per month spent with these activities and the mileage you drive round trip and any expenses you may occur (optional).  Boy and Girl Scouts, Little League, highway cleanup and hospice work are examples of local community activities.   Sorry, no political or religious activities will be counted.  If in doubt list it. (We’ll sort it out later).  All information will be use internally (Schweitzer) however totals may eventually be utilized on our web pages.  

Please complete the following questionnaire and return to Nate Widgren via e-mail or print a hard copy and leave in my mail box at the Mill building or at the Selkirk front desk.  Please complete by 1 July 08.  Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
