January 13, 2017 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Join our Activity Center staff as we snowshoe through majestic old growth forests with a fabulous sunset, then the moon to light our way back. You’ll find that you can see very well as the moonlight reflects off the snow.
Capture a great view of Sandpoint and the surrounding area from picturesque points along the trail system. Enjoy a surprise random act of fun along the way. Topics vary but may include local plants and animals, lunar folklore, or Schweitzer’s winter history.
Upon return to the village, our host will bring you to Gourmandie where we’ll share some freshly baked brie bread along with a bowl of soup and a hot drink to warm your insides again. Make the evening truly complete by adding a flight of wine for only $10 (or choose other treats of course!) All hikes are conditions permitting.
