TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14
CONCERT AT THE HIVE: LOTUS
Jamtronica giants Lotus make their debut visit to The Hive for a special Valentine’s Day performance that is the Sandpoint Winter Carnival opening concert. This show will be a feast for the senses as Jam Band meets EDM. Grab someone special and get to this show because Lotus is for Lovers on Valentine’s Day. VALENTINE’S DAY SINGLES SPEED DATING & GAME NIGHT
Let’s mix it up Sandpoint, we’re ready to play matchmaker! Valentine’s Day can be fun if you’re single and to prove it, we’re hosting a Singles Speed Dating event at the Beer Hall. Speed Dating will begin at 6pm. Our goal is for the dating portion to take about an hour because what’s an hour? No cost but call the Beer Hall at 208-209-6700, email us at mack@mickduffs.com or come down to reserve your spot, space is limited. $1 off pints for participants.

Starting at 7pm, we’re going to start a Cards Against Humanity tournament for anyone in attendance. Expect a lot of fun, headache from laughing and some prizes for the winners! 21+ years of age only starting at 7pm.

A TASTE OF MUSIC AT THE PEND O’REILLE WINERY
Live Music & Fine Food. Enjoy the celestial sounds of Marg Cooke on the harp followed by Sam Minker on the cello, and Tess Halverson on violin.  10% of all sales between 4-7 pm will be donated the the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint scholarship programs.  MCS has been creating musical magic in downtown Sandpoint for over seven years!  4-7pm at the Pend O’reille Winery, Cedar and Third in downtown Sandpoint.

PARADE OF LIGHTS SPONSORED BY WASHINGTON TRUST BANK
The wild ‘n’ crazy Parade of Lights arrives in downtown Sandpoint with its legions of zany floats, marching groups, and snow-shovel brigades! Parade starts at 5:30 pm at City Parking Lot, down Church to First, along First to Cedar, up Cedar to Fourth, and back to the City Lot (Awards Ceremony immediately following parade, near staging area). Calling all greater Sandpoint businesses, organizations and groups who want to get out there, show some local pride, have some fun and light up the night! THE SPOKANE STRING QUARTET
The Music Conservatory of Sandpoint hosts one of of the Northwest’s premier strain ensembles at this annual benefit concert. Join regionally renowned Spokane String Quartet for a night to remember. A joy to listen, as well as watch! Doors open at 5:30 pm, and concert begins at 6:00 pm. Tickets available online, at MCS (110 Main St), and at the door the night of the concert. $15 adults/$5 children 12 and under. Panida Theater in downtown Sandpoint.

SCHWEITZER EVENTS – ACTIVITIES ALL DAY
Schweitzer has a full day of fun activities planned – a snowshoe hike, kids crafts, village campfire with complimentary treats, music at Taps, and wine tasting.

MICKDUFFS BEERHALL ANNUAL CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT
MickDuff’s Brewing Co. Beer Hall & Brewery Tasting Room, 220 Cedar St., hosts and sponsors the King of the Cornhole Tournament. Registration starts at noon and first toss is at 1 p.m. Cost is $10 buy-in per team, and 100 percent of registration fees are paid out as cash prizes. MickDuff’s matches the cash pot up to $100 in gift cards. The 219 Lounge – Sandpoint’s ‘Five Star Dive Bar!’ – hosts their annual 219 party, beginning at 2:19 p.m. at the 219 Lounge at 219 First Ave. The 219 will have food from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and live music from 9 p.m. to midnight. Draft beers will be $2.19 a pint and various drink specials for $2.19.

WEIRD WONDERFUL WINTER BEERFEST PUB CRAWL
Let’s Get Weird! We’re talking about beer and maybe a few shenanigans along the way. We’re excited to bring you Sandpoint Winter Carnival’s Weird & Wonderful Beerfest & Bar Crawl featuring Sandpoint’s finest imbibing establishments. The beers will fit the theme of what’s weird and wonderful. 2-6pm. 

Participating Locations Include: 219 Lounge, A&P Bar and Grill, Eichardt’s Pub Grill & Coffee House, Idaho Pour Authority, MickDuff’s Brewing Co. Beer Hall, OlRed’s Pub, Pend D’ Oreille Winery, and Trinity at City Beach.

THIRD ANNUAL HISTORY MYSTERY FUNDRAISER: A VAUDEVILLE REVIEW
The Bonner County History Museum presents its Third Annual History Mystery Fundraiser: A Vaudeville Review. Saturday, February 25, at 6:00 p.m. at the Ponderay Events Center. Tickets are $50 ($45 for BCHS members) and include dinner by Skeyes the Limit Catering, and the evening’s entertainment. Guests will be transported to the Rink Opera House in 1909, for an evening of Vaudeville-style entertainment and intrigue. More info at Bonnercountyhistory.org

EICHARDT’S K9 KEG PULL
One of Sandpoint’s most endearing and popular events, the Eichardt’s annual K-9 Keg Pull is held at the Granary location to combine with Evans Brothers Coffee’s Neighborhood Coffee Tasting and Family Faire, making for one big event not to be missed! The Keg Pull starts at 10 a.m., with dogs of all sizes racing down a snow-packed course pulling anywhere from full-size kegs to beer cans amidst a pandemonium of cheering from the crowd. $5 entry fee goes to the Panhandle Animal Shelter. A free Neighborhood Coffee Tasting takes place at Evans Brothers Coffee from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with hot chocolate for the kids and live music. Plus, Evans Brothers Coffee is partnering with Waldorf School in sponsoring a Family Faire with felt soap making, face painting, candle making and other crafts and activities. A great time for the entire family, dogs included!

GET THE GIRLS OUT WITH SHE JUMPS!
Get the Girls Out comes to Schweitzer! A national campaign to unite women as they support, challenge, mentor and inspire each other in the outdoor sports world. “Get the Girls Out” also creates opportunities for women to share & inspire and ensures younger generations have the opportunity to storm mountains & develop the life skills necessary to succeed on the mountains and in life! The event is retro-themed and a prize will be awarded to the most creative costume so please ladies, go all out!
