It’s your wedding day and our service team would like to help you have your favorites for your special day! Choose from a variety of chef inspired meals offered in the menus below, or work with chef to customize a menu just for your wedding. Schweitzer does not allow outside food or beverage in any of our banquet facilities with the exception of wedding cakes. Additional rehearsal dinner menus are available upon request.
