Season Pass Privileges
If you work at least 2 shifts per week you are eligible to receive a season pass for yourself. This pass is your key to 2900 acres of the Inland Northwest's best terrain. Your season pass doubles as your employee ID card, so keep it handy. Dependent passes are available at discounted prices based on the number of shifts you work during the season.
Food Discounts
Employees receive 50% off on food at Schweitzer-owned restaurants. This does not include alcohol.
Transportation
Employees can catch the Park & Ride Shuttle from the base of the mountain up to the resort every day. We are also exploring transportation to surrounding communities - details to come.
Retail Discounts
Employees receive 25% off clothing and gear at all Schweitzer-owned retail outlets.
Free Ski & Ride Center Lessons
For the love of snow, take a lesson from one of our friendly instructors and start conquering the mountain. Choose from ski, snowboard or cross-country instruction. Also, help yourself by getting onto the latest Rossignol equipment. Get 50% off rentals (excludes demos) from the Ski & Ride Center (Based on availability, restrictions may apply).
