Description
Provides guest service at the bar at Bottle Bay Bar and Grill by preparing and serving drinks.
Responsibilities include opening bar, counting till and performing setup and prep work. Bartenders are responsible for inventory of product. Mixing drinks while providing a high level of guest service and entertainment are primary duties. Will request identification from guests in accordance with Idaho State liquor and identification laws. At end of shift or at closing time, bartenders are responsible to prepare and submit deposits including cash and deposit sheets, lock up product and bar. Accurate cash handling and ability to handle high volume of guests efficiently required.
Must have or be willing to develop extensive knowledge of Bottle Bay facilities and activities.
Bartending experience required.
