Responsible for the daily operations and budget of all mountain operations.
Performs deposits, cash handling, auditing and reporting related to cash (including credit cards) for all areas.
Trails Crew builds and maintains hiking and downhill mountain biking trails on the mountain. During special events they assist with set up, execution and tear-down of summer events and weddings.
Assists in various utility functions as needed. Primary duty for summer 2017 is to assist in the construction/installation/rebuilding of selected waste water irrigation system infrastructure.
Works individually or with crew members to set-up & direct parking in all Schweitzer parking lots.
This is a working supervisory position requiring leadership skills, lending full support to the Executive Housekeeper assisting where needed and focused upon on improving employee performance and development.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Services, Tickets and Season Pass Offices during the winter season and season pass deadlines. Shoulder season will consist of working in the season pass office w/additional duties.
Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units.
Responsible for cleaning Selkirk & White Pine Lodge public areas and employee work areas.
Cleans and maintains Schweitzer facilities. Summer season will assist with wedding set up, special events & projects.
Conducts all night audit functions and accounting measures associated with the Night Audit Process. Works overnight shift on Lodging Front Desk, maintains all aspects of service & tasks required of the front desk position.
Clerk of specialty food outlet including prepping food, selling wine, running of cash register and customer service. *Must be available weekends and holidays.

Responsible for cleaning and preparing cabin rooms for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations. Attention to detail is very important. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays.

Produces plated food on the hot line as well as preparation.
Serves Food and Beverages to Bottle Bay guests and collects payment.

Starting @ $11hr. Produces plated food on the hot line as well as prepping.

Present a pleasant, professional appearance; greet and seat customers and expedite service in a manner which will ensure that guests receive a clean, attractive setting with friendly, attentive service. Maintain lines of communication between the front of house and kitchen.
Provide excellent guest service while preparing all drinks as well as serving food and drinks to bar patrons.
Serve food and beverages to Sky House guests. Provide an excellent guest experience with menu knowledge, suggestions, reading the situation/guest.

Banquet servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs.
Overseeing daily duties at Cabinet Mountain and/or Mojo coffee shops.
Guest service in espresso drinks and food sales.
