Description

Produces plated food on the hot line as well as prepping. Responsible for food preparation and presentation. Work in close liaison with chef. Duties include food handling, storage, rotation, processing and presentation, labor and food cost control. Must have knowledge of Health Code and experience is sauté, broiler, grill, and pantry. Limited baking-breads and desserts. Must be knowledgeable of all equipment and food cycle information.

Must become knowledgeable of Bottle Bay facilities, services and activities. Responsibilities are listed as guidelines and the position is not necessarily limited to these items.
