BIG TIMBER                                            

Big Timber is a grand premier ski home with a breathtaking great room and amazing views from the large deck.  The home is ideal for large families, boasting 4 large bedrooms.  The home is ski-in/ski-out via the musical chairs access trail.  On the entry level is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath with a jet tub/ shower combo. On the main level of the home there is the gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, breakfast bar, formal dining room with vaulted ceilings, mud room, ½ bath, and back deck with Hot Tub. On the third floor there is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with a private bath and steam shower. On the fourth floor is another spacious bedroom with a queen bed, lake view, with a private deck, private bath with shower.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony with lake view, a walk-in closet, and private bath with jetted tub and shower.  This property also has a one car garage and space for two additional vehicles and is equiped with WIFI access and a flat screen TV.  This condo comfortably sleeps 10, maximum occupancy 12.

                                                         

THE GLADES:

One of the best we have to offer. The Glades are comfortably decorated with a southwest/northwest design. They are spacious multi level properties with in-floor heat, wet bars, gas fireplaces, jetted bathtubs in the master baths, and steam or J Dream showers.  The condos are located in the lower village, adjacent to the beginner slopes, for easy ski-in/ski-out access. 

#3A: FOUR BEDROOM: 

This property sits right on the slopes and has spectacular views of the valley and lake below from vantage points throughout the condo.  As you enter this property you will find a full bathroom on the entry landing.  From the landing you can go upstairs to the master bedroom which has a king bed, private bathroom with a deep soaking tub and steam shower, or you can go downstairs to the main floor.  The main floor offers a gas fireplace, large living area, and full kitchen with great views of the beginner slopes as well as the lake below.  Down another level will bring you to another bedroom with a queen bed and queen sofa bed as well as the laundry room.  There is an additional level down another flight of stairs which offers two more bedrooms.  The first bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom.  The second bedroom offers one set of bunk beds, a seperate twin bed, and a private bathroom.  This level also provides hot tub & ski-in/ski-out access.  Benches, ski and boot racks make gearing up and hitting the slopes quick and easy!  The property also has a one car garage with three additional spaces and is equiped with WIFI access and fax machine.  Unit comfortably sleeps 9, maximum occupancy 11   

                            

 

 

 

CABINS 

These units are some of the best at Schweitzer!  The Cabins are so convenient for skiing that you will be on the slopes in seconds.  These units have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, private hot tubs, and direct ski access.

 

 

 

CABIN #12:

This Cabin has a cozy southwestern/mountain motif with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  The main level features a wood fireplace in the living room, a gourmet kitchen with spectacular views of the beginner slopes, Lake Pend Oreille and the valley below.  This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and hall bathroom.  The downstairs offers the best kids room up on the mountain!  Two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds total), and private bathroom, bean bags and a TV/game set up makes for the ideal kids get-a-way.  The master bedroom is located across the hall, just past the ski and hot tub access.  The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a large master bath with double sinks.  This is a unit that you will come back to year after year.

PINNACLE RIDGE:                                

These units are multilevel style townhouses with two units per townhouse.  They are located right next to the Selkirk Lodge for easy access to all resort facilities, have private hot tubs, and have access to the ski slopes right out the back door! 

 

 

 

 

#09:  This unit is a three bedroom, three bath condo with a private hot tub.  The unit has a ground level single car garage with a washer and dryer.  The second level (main level) has an open floor plan with a fireplace.  There is one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath on this main level.  The upper level of the unit has the master bedroom featuring a queen bed and private bath.  The third bedroom also has a queen bed and private bath. Direct ski access. Unit comfortably sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 6

 

BORN HOLM                           

One of our best and most spacious properties on the mountian.  These beautiful newly built properties are located just below Schweitzer Village and have beginner ski-in access and intermediate/expert ski-out access via the Northwest Passage.  This property also has a private hot tub, giving it all the comforts you would expect from a luxury condo at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

 

 

 

BH#B: FOUR BEDROOM:

This spacious four bedroom, three and a half bathroom property has wide open living space great for lounging around or gathering with friends and family.  As you enter the property you have a large entry area that leads into a spacious living room with flat screen TV.  Coming in from the heated garage you'll pass the half bathroom before you come to the beautiful kitchen and dining area.  Downstairs you will find a washer/dryer setup, ski and gear rack as well as two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom.  The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, while the second bedroom has a queen bed.  On the upper level you will find two more bedrooms as well as a twin and trundle bed on the landing.  In the first bedroom you will find a king bed and in the other a queen bed with a bathroom connecting the two bedrooms.  Also on the landing is a great meeting area for playing games and enjoying the beautiful views.  This property comfortably sleeps 12, maximum occupancy 12. 

 

 

 

CHAPEL POINTE: 

These units have great ski in/out access via the Northwest Passage.  There are two buildings with four units in each building and all units share the hot tubs located on the upper back decks of each building.  Each unit has a ground level garage and heated ski locker area.  All of these units have picturesque views of the valley below. 

 

 

#201: THREE BEDROOM:

This roomy three bedroom, two bathroom property overlooking the beautiful valley down to Lake Pend Oreille is one of our premier properties. The master bedroom is equipt with a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a nice double bed and the third bedroom holds two twin beds. The living room is also furnished with a queen hide-a-bed. This property has a nice open floor plan with a full kitchen, spacious dining area and living room setup with all the comforts of home as well as a gas fireplace, and balcony. All that with direct ski in/ski out access. Unit comfortably sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 8.

 

#103: FOUR BEDROOM:  

This condo has four bedrooms and three baths.   Upon entrance, the high cathedral ceilings with large windows will take your breath away with the gorgeous views of the valley below.  Three bedrooms are on this level with queen beds in two bedrooms & one set of bunks in the third bedroom, each with its own bath.  The upper level has a sitting room which has a double bed.  Located off the sitting room is the master bedroom which has a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom.  Direct ski access. This property comfortably sleeps 10, maximum occupancy 12.

 

#202: FOUR BEDROOM: 

This beautiful, newly renovated condominium is perfect for a group or family getaway.  Not only does it offer spectacular views of the valley and lake below but you and your family/group will enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access.  Coming through the entryway to this property you will find the kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar directly to your left.  You will also find a dining area that accommodates 6-8 people as well as a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, all with vaulted ceilings giving the living space a wide open feel.  On that same level you will find a master bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom.  You will also find two more bedrooms on that level, one fit for kids with a twin-over-double bunk bed and the other fit with a queen bed.  There is also an additional full bathroom down the hall.  Going upstairs you will find a landing with a twin hide-a-bed and beyond that you will find the second master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom fit with it's very own sauna.  There is also a queen hide-a-bed in the living room downstairs.  Now add the balcony and cozy fireplace to this already long list of features and you have your perfect piece of paradise.  This property comfortably sleeps 9, maximum occupancy 12.

 

#203: FOUR BEDROOM:  

This newly remodeled four bedroom, three bathroom premier condominium is great for groups and family getaways.  On the main level of this property you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining and living room as well as gourmet kitchen.  All with a wide open floor plan and stunning views of the valley and lake below.  The first master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom.  The second bedroom also holds a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a second bathroom can be found down the hall.  The upper level has a sitting room with double day bed.   Upstairs you will also find the second master bedroom (right off of the sitting room) with a queen bed and attached bathroom.  Coupling that with a private balcony, cozy fireplace and direct ski-in/ski-out access makes for the ideal accommodation for your vacation getaway.  This property comfortably sleeps 12, maximum occupancy 14.

 

CRYSTAL RUN:

This property is located above and to the left of Schweitzer Village next to the slopes.  All units have a private entry with a ground-level single car garage and direct ski access.

 

CR#03: TWO BEDROOM:

This newly renovated property features granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, leather furniture and flat screen TV's.  Along with it's luxurious ammentities this property captures some of the most spectacular views of the surrounding area.  You will find a one car garage with ski and gear storage on the ground level.  As you come up the stairs from the garage level you will find the newly remodeled kitchen along with an adjacent bathroom.  You will also find the dining area and beautiful living room with a gas fireplace and those breath taking views so many seek out.  Going upstairs you will come to a bedroom/living space with a twin over double bunk-bed as well as a twin pull-out couch.  You will also find a bathroom on this level.  Just off the first bedroom you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed.  This property features direct ski-in/ski-out access.  The property comfortably sleeps 5, maximum occupancy is 6.     

CR# 16: ONE BEDROOM W/LOFT:    

This is an economy one bedroom plus loft with 3 baths.  It features a double bed in the master bedroom with private bath.  The second bedroom is a loft (open to living area) with a bunk bed (twin mattress on the top and full on the bottom). The main level below is equipped with a full kitchen.  Next to the kitchen is the living area which has a balcony with incredible views of the village and lake.  There is a full bath located on this level.  This unit also features an extra bathroom with shower and washer and dryer in the one car garage.  Direct Ski access. Unit comfortably sleeps 5, maximum occupancy 7

 

BLACK DIAMOND:

These brand-new luxury units are located in the upper village on Parallel Run.  Black Diamond units have one of the most spectacular views of both the slopes and the valley.  There are two garages for this unit located on the first level.  Each Black Diamond units has a private hot tub on a side deck with sweeping views of either the valley or the mountain.  Ski access is a half mile walk or drive but you get a FREE parking pass for the Hotel parking at the Selkirk Lodge.  These units are non-smoking and pet free.

BLACK DIAMOND #C

Each unit has a private ski closet on the first floor next to the garage door entrance (labeled "C") to unload your skis, boots, and poles.  Once you enter the unit you will be swept away by the views of the slopes and the valley below.  This condo offers an open floor plan with the living room, dining area and kitchen connecting.  Just off the dining area there is a small office, with FREE WIFI, tucked away with a door that opens to a small deck.  The living area features a gas fireplace, 42" flat screen TV, wine fridge, and stunning views.  The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, light pine cabinets and floors, and slate counter tops.  There are two bedrooms on this level, both with queen beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms.  One of these bedrooms is the master featuring a door that opens to a deck overlooking the valley.  You can sit out here in the private hot tub or have a BBQ on the grill.  Upstairs there is a second living area with a queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom.  There is a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and another flat screen TV.  Unit comfortably sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 8.

BOULDER SPRINGS:

These brand-new luxury units are located between the Main Village parking lot and the Fall Line lot.  Boulder Springs units are both cozy and sophisticated with natural wood finishes accented with slate, granite, and open floor plans.  These units have a double car garage that fits most SUVs and vans.  Boulder Springs units are approximately a half mile walk or drive to ski access and we also give you a FREE parking pass for the Hotel parking at the Selkirk Lodge in the main village.  We recommend that guests have 4X4 vehicles or chains for the driveway.  These units are non-smoking and pet free.

BOULDER SPRINGS #5

The garage is on the first floor of the unit with stairs that access the main level of the unit.  The main level has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen featuring a large island (additional bar seating here), granite counter tops, slate floors, and a large pantry.  There is a small nook with a desk tucked away just off the kitchen.  The kitchen is open to the living area with two couches and a queen futon.  There is a beautiful stone fireplace with a large flat screen perched above (there is no cable or satellite in this unit but there is a large selection of DVDs, books, and games in the unit as well as movies you can borrow from the Selkirk Lodge).  There is a half bath in this main living area.  Upstairs you will find three bedrooms.  The master suite has a queen hand crafted bed frame and a daybed with a trundle pull out.  The master features a private bathroom.  The other two bedrooms have bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top.  There is a shared bathroom in the hallway.  Unit comfortably sleeps 10, maximum occupancy 12

BOULDER SPRINGS #8

BOULDER SPRINGS #10

The garage is on the first floor of the unit with stairs that access the main level of the unit.  The main level has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen featuring a large island (additional bar seating here), granite counter tops, slate floors, and a large pantry.  There is a small nook with a desk tucked away just off the kitchen.  The kitchen is open to the living area with a beautiful stone fireplace and large flat screen TV (this unit has satellite).  There is a half bath in this main living area.  Upstairs there are three bedrooms.  The master suite has a beautiful maple bedroom set, TV, and private bathroom.  The second bedroom has a queen bed with a shared hallway bathroom.  The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. Unit comfortably sleeps 7, maximum occupancy 7.

 

BEAR GRASS

These Premier units have magnificent views of the slopes as well as the valley and glimpses of the lake.  There are garages located on the first level.   There is a building hot tub located at the top of the stairs. Guests must drive to the hotel parking (parking pass provided at check-in) in village for skiing access.   

BEAR GRASS D: This is a four bedroom multi-level condo with two living areas. The main level of this condo features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, formal dining room area, living room with fireplace, balcony and ½ bath. The lower level features two bedrooms (both with queen beds) with a shared full bath. A washer and dryer is also available on this level. The master suite is located on a separate level. It features a large bedroom with king size bed and full private bath with jetted tub and shower. On the third level there is another living area with queen size sleeper sofa, entertainment area and computer. Just a few more steps up from this living area, is a children’s bunkroom with a set of twin bunk beds and a day bed with trundle. This unit also provides free wireless and wired internet access and a computer. Unit comfortably sleeps 10, maximum occupancy 12.


   

SLALOM DUPLEX 1&2:

These 1400 sq. ft. economy condos are each three bedrooms with a spacious living area including a sleeper sofa and gas fireplace.  Each unit has a garage on first level with a mud room entrance. The second level has two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and one bathroom.  Also, located on the second level is a large, fully equipped, open kitchen and dining room.  The master bedroom is located on the third level and has a queen bed, private bathroom with a shower and large bath tub. Units comfortably sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 8

 

 

DOUGLAS HOUSE:

This economy unit has four bedrooms and a loft.  On the main level there is the living room, kitchen, fireplace, and the ladder up to the loft.  The loft has a pull out sofa.  Half way down the stairs is a landing with a bedroom that has a bunk bed.  The bottom floor has three bedrooms including a master bedroom.  The first bedroom has a bunk bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.  There is a bathroom in the hall downstairs next to a laundry room.  The master bedroom is the third bedroom on the bottom floor.  This bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Unit comfortably sleeps 8, maximum occupancy 10

COPPER RIDGE @ CRYSTAL SPRINGS #201:    

These units are located above and to the left of the village next to the slopes.  All units feature a ground level single car garage, shared hot tub access and a laundry and sauna room.  This two bedroom, two bath unit offers a full kitchen and a living room with a wood burning stove.  The master bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom.  The second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and a TV.  There is a second full bathroom between the two bedrooms.  This unit has breathtaking views of the village and valley below.  These condos are an older style but very charming. There is a community hot tub located at the top of the stairs.  Walking ski access. Unit comfortably sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 8

BLACK BEAR 303:

The Black Bear Condos have common area access to a recreation room, laundry area, and locker area.  Parking is provided in front of the building for guests and owners.  Ski access is approximately 3/4 of a block walk to a trail leading to the beginner slopes. This economy unit is a cute and simple one bedroom and one bath unit.  The bedroom has a queen bed but does not have a private bathroom.  The living area has a queen pullout couch & queen futon and a full bathroom.  This floor also has a kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.  There is ski access 3/4 of a block walk to the trail leading to beginner lifts. Unit comfortably sleeps 4, maximum occupancy 6

 

 

Blue Beetle #6       STUDIO                  

This unit has been recently remodeled and will win your hearts over.  There is a full kitchen with modern appliances, TV/VCR, and telephone.  The sleeping area, with a queen bed, is off the living area in an alcove with a movable partition that separates it from the rest of the unit.   Tucked into an alcove before you enter the bathroom, is a set of bunk beds.  The condo only has one window so there are limited but stunning views.  There is approximately a ¼ mile walk to village ski access.  Access to a hot tub and pool are at the Selkirk Lodge. Unit comfortably sleeps 2, maximum occupancy 4
