Value Season: November 26, 2009 through December 17, 2009; April 1, 2010 through April 11, 2010; Sunday to Thursday only from January 3, 2010 through March 31, 2010.
Regular Season: December 18, 2009 through December 24, 2009; February 15, 2010 through February 20, 2010; Fridays and Saturdays only from January 3, 2010 through March 31, 2010.
Holiday Season: December 25, 2010 through January 2, 2010; February 12, 2010 through February 14, 2010.
First Night Deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due if booked 30 days or less prior to arrival. If cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, first night's deposit is non refundable. Reservation is fully non refundable if cancelled inside 30 days of arrival.
