Holidays Happenings
Hosted Snowshoe Hikes:
Join our knowledgeable Hosts for a 2 hour interpretive hike from 10:00am - 12:00pm.

Santa’s Workshop Crafts
:
Drop in from 1:00pm - 2:00pm in the Selkirk Conference room. $5 gets you "all-you-can-craft" access to our holiday specific, DIY, gift making supplies.
Kids Night Out:
Games, activities, dinner and snacks will be offered for kids while their parents are free to enjoy the evening on the mountain. Runs from 5:30PM to 8PM, open for children ages 4 months-11 years. Register ahead of time at the Activity Center.
Hermit’s Hollow Tubing:
Enjoy 90-minutes of tubing, open to anyone 42” or taller.

Après Campfire:
Drop by and warm up by the Village Campfire. Complementary S’mores and other treats available for roasting.
Carolers:
Catch the Sandpoint Music Conservatory Carolers in the village from 3:00pm - 4:00pm on December 21, 22, and 23.
Santa Snowboards:
Santa will be riding the Basin Express and skiing Midway and will wrap up the day in the Selkirk Lodge from 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Balloon Parade:
1:45pm on Christmas Eve, meet up with Mr. & Mrs. Claus at the top of the Basin Express to get a balloon and prepare for the balloon parade. 2:00pm: The Parade will begin and the group will ski in formation down Midway following Mrs. Claus.
Photos with Santa:
Santa will be in the Selkirk Lodge from 3:00pm - 4:00pm on Christmas Eve to hear any final Christmas wishes. Afterwards, Mrs. Clause will read The Night Before Christmas and other holiday favorites.
Twilight Skiing
:
Opening December 26. Twilight Skiing from 3:00pm - 7:00pm on the Basin Express high-speed quad and Musical Chairs double.
SOLE Snow School Experiences:
5th -12th grade participants will experience engaging hands-on lessons related to snow-science, winter ecology and more. Advanced registration at

, located at their mountain campus near the fire station.
NYE Party at Hermit’s Hollow:
Additional evening time-slots to help bring in the New Year. Reservations required.
NYE Snowshoe Hike:
The 3-hour Evening Snowshoe Hike will begin at dusk and wind through the woods to a beautiful overlook of the lake. Return to the village in time to celebrate a “New York” New Year and wrap up the evening with a warm treat at Gourmandie. Reserve a spot online.
