Summer Scenic Chairlift Rides
Enjoy sweeping views of Lake Pend Oreille, Montana, Washington, and Canada!

Hop on the Great Escape Quad and take a scenic ride to the top of Schweitzer! Along the way, take in sweeping views of Lake Pend Oreille, fields of wildflowers and maybe even spot some local wildlife like moose, deer or bear. Once you reach the summit, enjoy a delicious lunch at Sky House, play 9-holes of disc golf, or just enjoy a stroll on Stewart's Loop. Ready to head back down? Take a ride down Great Escape Quad or hike down the Nature Trail, a 3-mile rugged downhill path that leads right to Schweitzer's Village.
The Great Escape Quad chairlift is open daily, 11:00am - 5:00pm, June 16 to September 4, 2023, weather-permitting.
