Schweitzer's casual dining on the backside of the mountain is The Outback! Open during regular winter hours, enjoy a snack or a quick bite to eat in this Schweitzer classic eatery. Enjoy a cold or hot beverage by the campfire and on weekends plus mouth watering BBQ or smoked brisket!

Coolest part about The Outback (besides the food!) is the collection of retro skis that adorn the walls. Locals have donated some amazing ski artifacts that'll take you on a great trip down memory lane!
