Our executive chef brings nearly 25 years of fine dining experience to your wedding day, crafting a menu that’s as elevated as your celebration. From elegant hors d’oeuvres to indulgent entrees and signature cocktails, every bite is thoughtfully prepared. All food and beverage is provided exclusively through Schweitzer, ensuring quality and consistency throughout your event.


Weather & Safety
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. In the event of extreme weather, Schweitzer may adjust or relocate your mountain-top ceremony to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. For lift access, guests must be dressed appropriately and be prepared for mountain conditions.

FAQs

50% of your selected venue package is due at the time of booking as your venue deposit. The remaining 50% of your total venue package amount is due no later than six months from your wedding date.
Forty-five days out from your wedding date. Final catering orders and catering payment in full is also due at this time.
Total cost varies depending on venue selections, booking date, catering preferences, and guest count. Venue packages range from $5,130 to $12,794 exclusive of catering and add-on costs. Contact Schweitzer Group Sales with your preferences to receive a customized estimate for your wedding plans.
Contact Schweitzer Group Sales to confirm your preferred date and booking details. Your Sales Representative will provide a booking contract. A signed contract for your date and venue package is required with a paid deposit to guarantee your booking.
No. Schweitzer is fully licensed for beer, wine, and liquor service over the entire mountain, which allows us to serve in unique settings like at the base of the chairlift for a sit-and-sip chairlift ride experience. By law, alcohol service in the licensed area (the entire mountain) must be executed and purchased through Schweitzer. Anyone consuming alcohol in the resort must purchase that alcohol from a Schweitzer outlet. Outside alcohol may be consumed in private lodging accommodations.
No. Any event bookings in Schweitzer venues require catering services through Schweitzer. Exceptions are made for wedding cakes which may be provided by a third party vendor.
Yes, Schweitzer hosts an annual tasting event exclusively for booked wedding clients.
Yes! Complimentary tours are available by appointment. Please contact Schweitzer Group Sales to inquire about available tour times.
Yes! Your sales representative can provide a list of preferred vendors in the area who love Schweitzer weddings. From DJ's, florists, cakes and more. You may book any vendors you prefer for your wedding; we do not require that you book from our list.
