Hikes, Bikes, and Brews: Tutu Making

Taking place one Friday a month, Schweitzer's Activity Center invites you to hike or bike your way to Rowdy Grouse for an afternoon of sunshine, beer, and the great outdoors! Pack your own picnic and meet us up at the Rowdy Grouse anytime between noon and 3:00pm. Embrace the spirit of fun an frivolity and come make a DIY tutu that you can rock on the slopes this winter. To start the event off right, we will also be doing a color toss, so make sure to wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little colorful. The Rowdy Grouse will be serving up snacks, water, soda, and ice cold adult beverages for purchase.

The easiest way to get to the Rowdy Grouse is to hike or bike up the Service Road, which is approximately 1.4 miles, taking between 40-50 minutes to hike. An alternative is taking the Great Escape chairlift to the summit, hiking down the Great Divide, using the Nature Trail and Colburn Lake Connector Trail.
