MLK Weekend Festivities and Fireworks

The Fireworks show for Saturday night is CANCELLED due to the cold temps & wind. We will look to reschedule for anohter date.

Enjoy a host of activities, drink specials and prizes courtesy of Deschutes Red Chair Weekend. Plus, on Saturday join us for the annual Fireworks and Torchlight Parade celebration. A free, family-friendly spectacle with the best chance for viewing right in Schweitzer Village.

Torchlight Sign-up

• 4:30pm - Employees may sign up for the torchlight parade in the tent near the clock tower.
• 5:00pm - All remaining torches will be available to guests (first come, first serve)
• 5:30pm - Mandatory meeting wtih Ski Patrol @ the clock tower and load the lift immediately following

Saturday Fireworks Schedule (CANCELLED)

• 5:55pm - Lights out
• 6:00pm - Snowcats descend
• 6:05pm - Torchlight parade
• 6:15pm - Fireworks begin
