Description

Prepare cafeteria breakfast and lunch cook.

Completes prep work, must be ready each morning, and complete back-up for lunch each day.  Food must be of Schweitzer Mountain Resort’s top quality.  Cleans grill, broiler and hood nightly – fryer and roaster when necessary.  Primary duty – line cook and broilers.  At each shift change will clean and organize area, and fully stock for the next shift.  Will sweep and mop line area under all equipment for next shift.
