The experience is complete with a Himayalan salt stone massage. Himalayan salt crystals are anti-microbial (anti-fungal and anti-bacterial). Thus, when the crystals contact the skin (wet or dry), a detoxification effect is achieved.

Heated salt stones are used to apply pressure using Swedish massage techniques, allow the minerals from the salt to absorb into the skin to soothe the body and mind and restore equilibrium. Cambium's Therapeutic massage services typically involve a two-step process where your therapist first performs an assessment and then a treatment. Your massage therapist will usually spend considerable time with the you, asking about your symptoms, needs and goals. Depending on the those needs, your therapist will tailor the bodywork session by including techniques such as joint mobilization, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, reflexology, or neuromuscular techniques to name a few.
Sole Therapy

Reflexology is the application of pressure to specific points and areas on the feet. This healing technique is based on the principle that there are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts. Reflexology stimulates more than 7,000 nerves in the feet during a treatment, thereby encouraging the opening and clearing of neutral pathways. Every part of the foot corresponds to an area of the body, and massage of the feet stimulates the corresponding part of the body so that receiving a reflexology massage is regarded as the equivalent of a full body massage.

Recovery is an integral part of every physical activity which is why we are excited to offer the Normatec recovery system at Cambium. The patented and proven Normatec recovery system uses compressed air to massage your legs, mobilize fluid and speed up recovery - helping you recover faster between ski days. Each session involves a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. The treatment cycle then begins by compressing your feet and legs in a pulsing fashion, starting with your feet and moving up your legs, massaging the muscles and mobilizing fluid. Following a full day on the mountain, the result is often both reduced soreness and a shorter recovery time before your legs are ready for another!

Cancellation Policies
Treatments can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours of appointment. No-shows and cancellations with 48 hours of appointment time will be charged 100% of the cost of treatment.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a $55 fee.
Reservations are held with a credit card which may incur a pending pre-authorization charge. This will be reversed at the time of treatmnet and may take 2-7 business days to be reflected on your account.
