Manage all aspects of the Gourmandie outlet, including hiring, training; all financial aspects including budget, daily balancing and controls. This position requires sales and merchandising of wine/beer/groceries at this specialty wine/food outlet. Cost menu items and weekly specials within a set profit margin. Create après ski program. Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
The position will manage all aspects of Taps, Sam’s Alley and front of the house portion of Banquets. Taps and Sam's Alley operate winter season only, Banquets is year round.
Responsible for supervising overall daily front desk department operations.
Conducts all night audit functions and accounting measures associated with the Night Audit Process. Works overnight shift on Lodging Front Desk, maintains all aspects of service & tasks required of the front desk position. This position requires a full background check.
Operate outdoor activities operations. Tasks include, but not limited to, climbing wall, trampoline jumper, and zip line.
Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations. Attention to detail is very important. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays.
Work evenings and late night. Responsible for cleaning Selkirk & White Pine Lodge, Lazier building public areas and employee work areas. Stock swimming pool towels, clean up trash, empty and clean trash receptacles. Catering to guest and front desk needs to make their visit accommodating.
Cleans and maintains Schweitzer facilities. Summer season will assist with wedding set up, special events & projects.
Security and guest service for Schweitzer and contract facilities.
Provide guest service in a hosted or non-hosted bar by preparing and serving beverages.
Serve food and beverages to Sky House guests. Provide an excellent guest experience with menu knowledge, suggestions, reading the situation/guest.
Responsible for food preparation and presentation in the Sky House kitchen.
Kitchen work including washing dishes, restaurant setup, and some food preparation.
Washes dishes, cleans (including deep cleaning) and preps
Serve food and beverages to Chimney Rock guests. Provide an excellent guest experience with menu knowledge, suggestions, reading the situation/guest.
Guest service in espresso drinks and food sales. Employee must be available to work ALL WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (Christmas Break, MLK, Presidents).
