Maintains and repairs buses, pickup trucks, over-snow vehicles (groomers, snow mobiles, maintenance vehicles, snow cat/ambulance).
Oversees and performs food and beverage preparation and presentation for special events, festivals and weddings held in food and beverage facilities. Responsible for all Sky House cafeteria and Sky House restaurant back of house operations including but not limited to service within the unit (grill counter), cleanliness, and safety of the building, guest and team members.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining biking and hiking trails and bike park features. Promotes safety awareness initiatives, bike park etiquette, and guest relations. Aids in design and construction of trails and bike park features.
Assists in various utility function support activities as needed.
Perform sales and customer sales related to guest registration, processing reservations and revenue collections in a manner that will ensure that Schweitzer guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly and attentive services.
Conducts all night audit functions and accounting measures associated with the Night Audit Process. Works overnight shift on Lodging Front Desk, maintains all aspects of service & tasks required of the front desk position. This position requires a full background check.
Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays.
Responsible for cleaning Selkirk & White Pine Lodge public areas lazier building and employee work areas. Stock swimming pool towels, clean up garbage, empty and clean trash receptacles, and help in snow/ice removal from lodge and pool walkways.
Banquet servers are responsible for keeping an event on track, supplying excellent guest relations, and general event labor.
Provide guest service in a hosted or non-hosted bar by preparing and serving beverages.
Serve food and beverages to Chimney Rock guests.
Greet & seat customers, bus tables. Maintain lines of communication between the front of house and kitchen.
Provide excellent guest service while preparing all drinks as well as serving food and drinks to bar patrons.
Responsible for the day to day supervision of the culinary operation of the Chimney Rock kitchen in the absence of the Working chef.
Produces plated food on the hot line as well as prepping for day to day business under chefs’ instruction.
Present a pleasant, professional appearance; greet and seat customers and expedite service in a manner which will ensure that guests receive a clean, attractive setting with friendly, attentive service. Will seat guests to maintain a good flow of the restaurant.
Kitchen work including washing dishes, restaurant setup, and some food preparation.
Responsible for food preparation and presentation in the Sky House kitchen.
Clerk of specialty food outlet including running of cash register, selling wine and customer service. May occasionally help with food preparation.
