Supports the Lift Maintenance Manager and Mountain Operations Director with overseeing the electrical maintenance, design and troubleshooting of all ski lifts. Plans, directs and coordinates lift electrical functions. Includes full medical and retirement benefits.
Operates sander/plow trucks. Plows, grades, and maintains Schweitzer Mountain Resort road system and parking lots. Day, swing and graveyard shifts. Full time hours available, but schedule dictated by weather and snowfall.
This is a CDL position. Transport guests to and from the resort village and parking areas.
Count cash, review cashier reports, collect and hand out cash, data entry.
Perform sales and customer sales related to guest registration, processing reservations and revenue collections.
Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations.
Responsible for cleaning Selkirk Lodge public areas and employee work areas. Will stock swimming pool towels, clean up litter, empty and clean trash receptacles, and help in snow/ice removal from lodge and pool walkways.
Cleans and maintains Schweitzer facilities.
To ensure rental properties & spas/pool are ready for arrival of guests.
Responsible for removal of snow from decks and walkways of all Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities. Remove trash and cardboard and deposit in compactor and baler and conduct other maintenance functions.
Assist Warehouse Manager in daily operations i.e. shipping, receiving, delivery, and procurement of goods.
Security and guest service for Schweitzer and contract facilities.
Directs guests to parking spaces. Provides guests with information and assistance as needed.
Guest service in espresso drinks and food sales. Employee must be available to work ALL WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (Christmas Break, MLK, Presidents).
Cashier at Sky House
Greet and seat customers. Maintain lines of communication between the front of house and kitchen. Part time, FT over holidays, must be available weekends.
Responsible for food preparation and presentation in the Sky House kitchen.
Kitchen work including washing dishes, restaurant setup, and some food preparation.
Cleans and maintains Summit Lodge facilities.
Cooking/stocking breakfast buffet and light baking for coffee shop
Produces specified amount of prep for salads, desserts, apps and all other food required to successfully run menu.
Produces plated food on the hot line as well as prepping.
Washes dishes, cleans (including deep cleaning) and preps
Greet and seat customers and expedite service in a manner which will ensure that guests receive a clean, attractive setting with friendly, attentive service. Maintain lines of communication between the front of house and kitchen.

Cashier at the Outback
Prepares and serves food at the Outback.
Responsible for a majority of the front end operations of the café.
Cashier at Lakeview Café.
Breakfast set up and execution for the café, and food prep.
Line Cook in fast paced open and fun environment.
Dish washing and basic prep work.
Season Pass and Day Ticket Sales, Guest Service Counter.
Weekend and holiday work on NASTAR race venue and assistance with special events.
Oversee all operations of Hermit’s Hollow Tubing Center.
Operate all Hermit’s Hollow Tubing operations with focus on guests’ safety and enjoyment.
Care for children in KinderKamp.
Preparation of kid-friendly cuisine for KinderKamp attendees.
Oversee preschool age children in KinderKamp facility and through outdoor play adventures.
Performs sales transactions for daycare, lessons, tickets and rentals.
Staff will work in the Activity Center answering phones and emails and providing quality guest service via extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain and the local area.
Setup (adjustment), maintenance and return of rental equipment.
Instruction of guests in proper, safe skiing techniques.
Instruction of guests in proper, safe snowboarding techniques.
Host Coordinator will schedule and direct all Mountain Hosts.
Nordic Coordinator will schedule and direct Nordic hosts when Nordic Supervisor is not present.
Position monitors validity of ticket/passes to limit fraudulent use.
Position monitors validity of day tickets and season passes. Limits fraudulent acts through the use of radio scanners. Supervises and provides breaks for all ticket checkers. Essentially works as a village ambassador for the Lift Services department.
Assists guests on and off of chairlifts; safety is the primary concern. This position requires a high level of guest interaction.
Drives Snowcat and maintains Schweitzer’s trail system for the enjoyment and safety of skiers and snowboarders.
