Manages Lift Services and Ticket Checking. Position qualifies for full benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, vacation & sick time.
Must be 21. Manage all aspects of FOH Chimney Rock Grill, including hiring & training all front line staff; all FOH financial aspects including budget, daily balancing and controls. This position requires experience in all FOH positions including bartending, serving, host & busser and may take on any of these roles during any Given shift. Create and cost drink menu within a set profit margin. Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsible for supporting Accounting Manager in all general ledger entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audits, tax return, etc. Also responsible for processing payroll semi-weekly. Must be available Sundays. This position qualifies for medical, dental, vision, life insurance & retirement savings plan.
Responsible for the daily operation of Mountain Utility Company’s water and sewer systems.
Plows, grades, and maintains Schweitzer Mountain Resort road system and parking lots. Day, swing and graveyard shifts. Although defined as full time, working hours will be dictated by weather events and steady 40 hour work weeks are not guaranteed.
Create and process reservations received via phone/fax/website in a professional manner while ensuring accuracy of all lodging reservations. Support Front Desk shifts when needed.
Perform sales and customer sales related to guest registration, processing reservations and revenue collections in a manner that will ensure that Schweitzer guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly and attentive services.

Assist with special events both on and off the mountain. Specific tasks include organization, coordination and direction of on-mountain event and NASTAR venue preparation, set-up, maintenance and tear down.
Weekend and holiday work on NASTAR race venue and assistance with special events. Specific tasks include course-setting, venue preparation and tear-down, timing, course maintenance, race course gate-keeping, fencing setup and teardown, sign placement, guest awareness and crowd control.

Assist Warehouse Manager in daily operations i.e. shipping, receiving, delivery, and procurement of goods.
Snow cat operator. Maintains Schweitzer’s trail system for the enjoyment and safety of skiers and snowboarders.
Directs guests to parking spaces. Provides guests with information and assistance as needed.
Assists guests on and off of chairlifts; safety is the primary concern. This position requires a high level of guest interaction.
Position monitors validity of ticket/passes to limit fraudulent use. Checks every ticket or season pass using a radio scanner.
Operates chairlifts with guest’s safety and enjoyment as primary duty. Responsible for the safe night operation of chairlift equipment and the safety of guests while they are around equipment.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Services, Tickets and Season Pass Offices during the winter season and season pass deadlines. Shoulder season will consist of working in the season pass office w/additional duties.
Assist Supervisor in all aspects of Guest Services Department. Will perform all aspects of daily ticket and season pass sales. Assist in the supervising, hiring, scheduling, training, and motivating of the guest service team.

Operate all Hermit’s Hollow operations (tubing hill) with focus on guests’ safety and enjoyment. Tasks include, but are not limited to, handle tow operation, shoveling, reservations, and sales.
Provide quality guest service via extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain and the local area. Provide information about activities for guests at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
Enhances the guest experience above and beyond expectations by creating and maintaining a fun and pleasant environment in the village. Greets the guest, provides direction and assistance, create and implement village activities, children’s activities, host snowshoe hikes, host village campfires/ marshmallow roasts, and enhance the guest experience beyond the general expectations of a resort.

Cleans and maintains Schweitzer facilities.
Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations.
Responsible for cleaning Selkirk Lodge White Pine lodge and lazier building public areas and employee work areas.
Responsible for cleaning Selkirk & White Pine Lodge, Lazier Building public areas. Responsible for escorting incoming lodge guests to their rooms, assisting them with luggage, and offering pertinent information. Driving guests and luggage to destinations while we are under construction using a golf cart provide by us.
Day & Night shifts available, both Part Time accept during busy holiday periods. Please note what you're applying for. Responsible for cleaning/preparing linen supply for lodge room and condo unit occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean and attractive accommodations.

Cashier at The Sky House
Responsible for food preparation and presentation in the Sky House kitchen. Full time and part time positions available.
Cleans and Maintains Sky House lodge, retail areas, lockers, restaurant, café and restrooms.
Kitchen work including washing dishes, restaurant setup, and some food preparation.
Set up breakfast buffet, pleasantly check in hotel guests, greet public and help keep breakfast buffet stocked and attractive in appearance.
Serve food and beverages to Chimney Rock guests. Provide an excellent guest experience with menu knowledge, suggestions, reading the situation/guest.
Present a pleasant, professional appearance; greet and seat customers and expedite service in a manner which will ensure that guests receive a clean, attractive setting with friendly, attentive service. Maintain lines of communication between the front of house and kitchen.
Assist in table service, dining room setup and cleanup; assist servers and other co-workers.
Washes dishes, cleans (including deep cleaning) and preps
Cooking/stocking breakfast and light baking for coffee shop.
Produces plated food on the hot line as well as prepping
The position will be the lead cook and supervisor of Sam’s Alley.
Pizza and Sandwich maker in Sam’s Alley.
Cashier for all transactions in café and responsible for a majority of the front end operations.
This is an early morning/early off position (5:00 am or earlier start) Applicant must be dependable and have reliable all weather transportation to and from work. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, high quality production and execution of certain food items for multiple venues, breakfast set up and execution for the café, and food prep.
Line Cook in fast paced open and fun environment. Prep work also involved while setting your station, and throughout the day.
Dishwashing and basic prep work.
Prepares and serves food at the Outback Inn.
Completes prep work for lunch each day and assists Lead cook. Great learning position, no experience necessary.
