Mountain Bike Shuttle

Your Summer Mountain Bike Shuttle
The Schweitzer Mountain Bike Shuttle will run from the Red Barn parking lot (at the base of the mountain) to the Village for only $10 (not including taxes) per trip. There are no alternative drop-off or pick-up locations, so come prepared to travel all the way up! We ask that guests please reserve a seat ahead of departure and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to get all loaded up! Walk-ups will be permitted if space allows; please be sure to arrive on time to guarantee that your seat is not replaced.

The shuttle will run Friday - Sunday starting June 13 - September 6, 2026. Departure times are 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm, and the last shuttle up is at 4:00pm.

What are the shuttle departure times?

The shuttle will depart from the Red Barn parking lot at 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm, and 4:00pm.

Can I ride the shuttle without a bike?

Riders with mountain bikes and equipment are given priority. If space allows, walk-up guests without bikes may be allowed to board.

If you ride the shuttle up as a foot passenger with no bike, you may ride the shuttle back down to the Red Barn. Buses will depart 30 minutes after each departure time - 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, and 4:30pm.

If I ride up without a bike, can I ride the shuttle back down to the Red Barn?

Yes, riders can take the shuttle back down from the village. This is first come, first served on downloads. Please arrive at the Village drop-off 15 minutes before departure. Departure times down are 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, and 4:30pm. There is no additional cost to download.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are strongly encouraged due to limited capacity. Walk-up availability is not guaranteed.

How much is the shuttle?

The shuttle costs $10 one-way per rider, not including taxes (if you bike down and want to the take the shuttle again, it will be an additional $10 plus taxes). Card payments only.

When should I arrive?

Please be at the Red Barn at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may lose their reserved spot to walk-up riders.

Where are the pick up and drop off locations?

The only pickup locations are the Red Barn lot and the Lakeview parking lot in the Village. There are no additional drop-off points (i.e. Roundabout, Gateway, etc.)
