The days are warm and the nights are clear. After all the running around, adventures, and fun during the day, an easy night with friends and good company sounds just right, doesn't it?
This August, the Activity Center will be hosting Movies on the Mountain! Join us on the lawn outside the Crows' Bench each Friday night in August starting after sunset (approximately 7:35pm on August 28) for movies, laughter, and fun! The movie will begin as soon as it is dark enough, so give yourself time to park, walk to the lawn, and secure your viewing spot.
When:
Friday, August 28, as soon as it's dark enough after sunset (sunset is at 7:35pm)

Lawn outside of Crow's Bench and Selkirk Lodge

How do I sign up and how much is it?
Movies on the Mountain is a free event and does not require signing up in advance! Just show up and enjoy!
Where can we eat before the movie?
Crow's Bench and Powder Hound Pizza are both open until 8:00pm. However, please make an advanced reservation if you plan to sit down at Crow's Bench to guarantee a spot!
Will there be snacks, drinks, or popcorn?
Yes! We'll have fresh popcorn, candy, soda, and water, but you are also welcome to bring any snacks and any non-alcoholic drinks you may want!
*Any alcohol consumed at Schweitzer must be purchased from a Schweitzer outlet such as Crow's Bench, Gourmandie, or the Market.

Where do we sit for the movie?
Movies happen on the lawn area, and it is recommended that you bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. It is also recommended that you dress warmly because though it is summer, we are up in the mountains!
