Summer Opening Day & Community Day

Join us as we kick off the summer season at Schweitzer! On Saturday, June 13, we are celebrating Opening Day and Community Day by inviting Bonner County non-profit organizations up to Schweitzer so you can see what the county has to offer all in one place. Activities, musicians, and more all at Schweitzer for the day! In addition, scenic chairlift rides and mountain bike lift tickets on the Great Escape Quad are only $10. Our summer amenities will be in full swing, including the trampoline jumper, climbing wall, mountain biking*, hiking, geocaching, and more.

All ticket proceeds from this event benefit the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force.

Schweitzer will be open June 13 - 14 to kick off the season, close mid-week, then re-open for daily operations on Friday, June 19, 2026.

*Mountain Bike trails will be opened as weather and snow melt allows.
