Parking
Paid parking is available in the Lakeview Lot and complimentary parking is available in the Gateway Lot. We highly recommend carpooling and shuttling! Complimentary RV parking will also be available at the fire station near the roundabout (no services).

Lodging
Remember, lodging sells out quickly! Make it a Winefest weekend and book your stay on the mountain to get the full weekend experience. What better way to end the day than with a newly purchased bottle of wine, a cozy room, and stunning view.

Shuttles
The SPOT bus will be running from the Red barn at the base of the mountain to the Village every 30 minutes from 11:00am - 7:30pm on Saturday and from 11:00am - 5:30pm on Sunday.

FAQs
For those who aren't interested in sampling wine, we hope you still come join the fun! Listen to live music, shop with local vendors, and enjoy a day on the mountain. No tickets required! Looking for a non-alcoholic beverage? Grab a mocktail from Crow's Bench, a coffee from Mojo Coyote Cafe, or cool off with a slushie at Cabinet Mountain Coffee.

If you are looking to ride the chairlift, lift tickets can be purchased here.

Interested in one (or all!) of our many activities? Find more details here.
Sorry, but no. To partake in the wine sampling, all guests must purchase a 2025 souvenir wine glass!
Dogs are welcome but must be on leash during their visit! However, Winefest is a busy event with lots of people and other animals. Please use your best discretion if your fur baby is easily stressed or does not interact well with other dogs.

Please note: dogs are not permitted in the Lakeview Lodge or any of our dining outlets unless they are a certified service animal.
Feel free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages if you'd like! However, outside alcohol may not be consumed on the the premises.
It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyways. Kids cannot participate in the sampling (21+ only!). However, there are plenty of fun options to entertain the kiddos while the adults enjoy the wine! While there are plenty of free & fun things to do around the Village like a playground and lawn games, there are also activities like the trampoline jumper, rock climbing wall, and even a zip line! Or, bundle all the activities together with an Ultimate Fun Pass.
We are able to take card, cash, and tap to pay! For our local vendor booths, payment options vary.
The mountain is open for everybody during Winefest weekend. However, if you are partaking in wine sampling you must be 21+ with a valid, state issued ID.
Winefest is one of our favorite weekends and over the years we've found there are a few items that are helpful to pack for your day!
  • Sunscreen & sunglasses
  • Comfortable shoes
  • Lawn chairs or blanket - to make sure you have a cozy spot for the live music
  • Water bottle - there is a water refill station in the Selkirk Lodge, Humbird, and Ski & Ride Center
  • Umbrella - if it's really warm, umbrellas are a great way to provide shade wherever you are
Please note: A section of North Boyer Ave (north of the fairgrounds), one of the primary access roads to Schweitzer Mountain Road, is closed until further notice due to construction around the culvert. Please follow detours using West Bronx Road.

Alcohol purchased outside of Schweitzer Village may NOT be consumed on the premises. Please make your purchases at the wine tent or one of the licensed establishments in the Village to support the Schweitzer Mountain Community Association.
