Join seasoned yoga teacher Elizabeth Ruff for a playful, all-levels yoga sequence on the village green to release stress & tension and FALL into greater presence and joy! Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a curious beginner, or just here for the pour, this class welcomes all abilities and invites you to stretch, sip, and savor a lighthearted start to you day.
When: August 30 from 10:00am - 11:00am
Where: The lawn in front of the Selkirk Lodge/Crow's Bench patio
Who: This event is in honor of Fall Fest, but open to everyone 21+! All levels of yoga and beer drinking experience are welcome.
What You Need To Know: Please call (208) 255-3074 or visit the Cambium Spa by Saturday, August 29, to reserve your space. You will be issued your "beer ticket" at the start of the class to be filled at the Crow's Bench walk-up window.
What You Need To Bring: Yoga mat, sun protection (hat, glasses, sunscreen), water bottle, ID (for beer ticket), and a fun-loving state of mind!
Cost: $35 (beer included!)
