Wine Yoga with Cambium Spa
Mat down, glass up - we think this is the best way to flow into Sunday! Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a curious beginner, or just here for the pour, this playful all-levels class invites you to stretch, sip, and savor a lighthearted start to your day.
When: Sunday, July 20 from 11:00am - 12:00pm
Where: The lawn in front of the Selkirk Lodge/Crow's Bench patio
Who: This event is in honor of Winefest, but open to those who didn't purchase Winefest glassware/tickets. Participants must be 21+. All levels of yoga and wine drinking experience are welcome!
What You Need To Know: Please call (208) 255-3074 or visit the Cambium Spa by Saturday, July 19, to reserve your space. You will be issued your "wine ticket" at the start of the class to be filled at the Crow's Bench walk-up window.
What You Need To Bring: Yoga mat, sun protection (hat, glasses, sunscreen), water bottle, ID (for wine ticket), and a fun-loving state of mind!
Cost: $40 (wine included, bring your Winefest glassware for $5 off!)
