On-Mountain Child Care
The Children’s Center is a 2,500 square foot facility that is a fully licensed child care with or without ski lessons. All child care staff are CPR and First Aid Certified to insure the safest environment for your little ones. We are committed to a low child-to-caregiver ratio that assures full attention to your child with non-stop activities, including arts, crafts, music, games, and even on-snow play time. You can enjoy the slopes knowing your child is having as much fun as you.
2022/23 Daily Child Care Options
Let our professional day care staff take care of everything. From infants, toddlers and more, Schweitzer's daycare facility provides quality, fun and adventure. Age-appropriate lunch and snacks provided with all child care options if applicable. Go on, enjoy the slopes; we’re having fun at child care. Does not include lessons, please see below for lesson package options. Reservations required.
Full Day
- $130 ages 4 months - 1.9 years
- $110 ages 2 years - 6 years
Half Day
- $100 ages 4 months - 1.9 years
- $80 ages 2 years - 6 years
Pre-Ski Program: KinderKamp offers time each day for children willing to get outside and explore the mountain environment engaging in balance exercises, snowshoeing, one-ski sliding, and simply just learning the sights and sounds of a ski area!
2022/23 Child Care & Lesson Options
Part ski camp, part adventure camp. The Children's Center offers an all-day interactive experience. Our team of professional instructors combine ski lessons with a timely indoor recreation break where the kids get to play, create art, and relax in our licensed child care. Once you drop off your child, we will take care of their ski lesson dressing needs and our ski school coaches will pick up and drop off directly to our facility - so that you can enjoy your full day out on the slopes! Ski rentals are available at the Children's Center so please arrive early to get all set up. Reservations required.
Child Care & Group Lesson Package (4 years - 6 years)
- $180 Full-day: includes two lessons, all day flexible child care, two snacks and lunch
- $135 Half-Day: 4 hours total, includes one lesson, child care outside of lesson time, and lunch/snacks (if applicable)
Group lesson times vary depending on ability level. Group lessons are available until the end of March (weather permitting)
Child Care & Private Lesson Package (ages 6 years & under)
Add a 1-on-1 private lesson with a coach to a full or half day child care option. Lesson times vary based on availability, reservations recommended. Once you drop off your child, we will take care of their ski lesson dressing needs and our ski school coaches will pick up and drop off directly to our facility - so that you can enjoy your full day out on the slopes!
- Ages 3 & under starting at $85 for 1 hour in addition to a child care daily option
- Ages 4 years - 6 years beginning at $260 for 2 hours
2022/23 Monthly Child Care & Lesson Options
Our new monthly child care options are a great solution for families visiting Schweitzer more than a few times a month. Lunch, snoacks are provided each day of care. Days of the week are selected and prepurchased based on availability. A cubby will be provided to use and store belongings along with ski equpment storage for the entire month.

3 Days/Month:
$640 ages 4 months - 1.9 years
$590 ages 2 years - 6 years
5 Days/Month:
$950 ages 4 months - 1.9 years
$850 ages 2 years - 6 years
Group Lesson Add On: Add on up to two group lessons each day of attendance to either the 3 Day or 5 Day Monthly Plans
