The next morning, restore your mind, body and spirit with a full day’s worth of rejuvenating treatments at Cambium Spa. Wrap up the day with an alpine-inspired meal Crow’s Bench restaurant before strolling back to your room to soak up what’s left of a relaxing mountain retreat. The Sole, Soak & Sound Retreat is offered as an experience enjoyed by two people. - 2 nights of lodging at Humbird – The 31-unit boutique hotel sets the stage for an intimate experience. Enjoy contemporary comfort in the heart of Schweitzer Village with mountain views right outside your door and an inviting seating area inside the room with views of Lake Pend Oreille. Amenities at Humbird include a fitness room, community entertainment space, a co-working space and Crow’s Bench, an alpine-inspired restaurant.
- $130 dining credit at Crow’s Bench – The mountain may be closed, but après never ends. Enjoy a glass of wine and shared appetizers in the afternoon, or come later for a signature soup, salad and entrée as part of dinner service. Open Tuesday – Saturday from 3:00pm – 8:00pm.
- 60-minute community yoga – This 60-minute yoga class is focused on synchronizing your breath with continuous slow and deliberate movements that allow your muscles to relax while simultaneously releasing built up energy. This class is a powerful tool of self awareness, self reflection sets the stage for your remaining time at retreat.
- 90-minute Soak, Sole & Sound – Enjoy a foot soak with our current seasonal favorite combination of Lavendar and Blue Chamomile, sea salt and dried floating Lavendar flowers, Then your feet will be scrubbed with our soothing bath salts infused with Lavendar and Blue Chamomile ... all the while looking out onto the mountain and enjoying our beautiful scenery. Relax in our sound loungers to enjoy an out of body experience. The phenomenal music coupled with the vibrations puts you in a place in space that lets your mind and body just let go and relax, combined with our signature Cambium reflexology treatment will transport you to a place of utter Zen!
- 30-minute hydrotherapy circuit – Head to the Selkirk pool and hot tubs where our circuit harnesses the power and combination of hot and cold water to heal the body. This circuit moves you through cold plunge pool , hot Jacuzzis, alternating between the temperatures delivers a variety of physical and mental benefits to the body. Then off to a warm sauna before receiving your other body treatments.
- 30-minute Halo IR Sauna Session – There’s nothing quite like a sauna session, and with radiant infrared technology, your muscles can recover quicker through efficient health penetration. Combined with many benefits of dry salt therapy (respiratory, skin, and performance), a Halo IR sauna session is the perfect wellness incubator.
- 90-minute Relaxation Massage – Relax and unwind with our smooth, gentle, flowing style of massage that promotes general overall relaxation, relieves muscular tension, while improving circulation improved range of motion and movement. Your therapist's aim is to relax, revive and rejuvenate you at a depth that does not cause discomfort. This massage also includes our seasonal scent Lavendar and Blue Chamomile Shea Butter Cream.
