Crystal View
Located just below the Terrain Park and above the Mountainside neighborhood, the proposed gated Crystal View neighborhood offers everything Schweitzer is famous for: direct access to the best skiing in the Pacific Northwest, incredible views, and premiere location on the mountain.
Phase One of the three-phase neighborhood consists of eight homesites including several in the forest and several right on the slopes.
We are currently touring these homesites with interested parties and will be accepting emailed homesite-specific reservations at 9 am on January 4, 2023. The reservations are secured by a $25,000 deposit with Alliance Title in Sandpoint.
We will likely not have pricing for these homesites until late spring. We are estimating they will average approximately $750,000 or possibly more depending on the amenity level. Amenities being considered include gated access, heated roads, and a community center.
Once we have all the necessary information, we will inform all reservationists that we are ready to go to a purchase and sales agreement (PSA). We will likely close next Summer 2023 while the infrastructure is being installed. Owners would then be able to begin construction Summer/Fall of 2024. Please understand that these are estimated time periods and they could change.
If you wish to view this neighborhood on your own, park at the very top of Crystal Springs Road. There is room for several cars on the right side of Crystal Springs Road right below the driveway to the large log home on the left. This parking is for Crystal View tours only. It is not ski access.
We are maintaining a “cat track” down the future neighborhood road and out to the meadow. Three homesites are off to the left and right as you walk through the trees. The other five are accessed from the meadow/ski run once you break through the trees. There are snowshoe paths to each homesite.
