Schweitzer Announces “5 Needles at White Pine”

Additional Condominiums Planned for 2022

With the demand for mountain residences at an all-time high, Schweitzer is poised to add residential options thanks to the newest village real estate project, “5 Needles at White Pine.” “We are very excited to launch 5 Needles,” says Schweitzer Chief Development Officer, Lance Badger. “The addition to the White Pine building has been discussed off and on over the years, and we are excited to finally bring these plans to life by breaking ground last week.”

The new residences designed by Collins Woerman are named after the distinctive five needle pattern of the White Pine tree. They will offer a variety of floor plans that feature either lake or mountain views, with contemporary finishes throughout.  “The new building design will add another rich layer of architectural context to Schweitzer’s distinctive mountain village,” adds Badger. “5 Needles will complement the existing building and the new Humbird hotel, while creating an enhanced sense of arrival to the base area.”

With initial construction this summer, the new 5 Needles condominiums are expected to be completed in time for the 2022/23 winter season. “We know there are many families and guests who visit Schweitzer and have been looking for an opportunity to become a more permanent part of our story,” says Badger. “Becoming an owner at 5 Needles is a way to connect to this dynamic year-round mountain community and become an integral part of Schweitzer’s future story. “
