Owner's Advantage Rewards Program

Do you own a second home or condo on the mountain? Become part of our Schweitzer Mountain Resort Property Management Company and earn income while enjoying the exclusive benefits of the Owners Advantage Program! 

To Qualify:
Make your property available for Schweitzer to book 75% of weekends and holidays during our winter ski season. If you own in the Selkirk Lodge, both units must be in the rental program to qualify.

Benefits:
  • Two (2) Owner Advantage Cards - pre-Load money to your Owners Advantage Card and realize a 20% value added to use at Schweitzer Mountain Resort outlets including restaurants, shops and bars.
  • Six (6) Summer Lift Tickets, distributed in June
  • Six (6) Winter Lift Tickets, distributed in November
Exclusion - ​The Owners Advantage program is an annual program based on the prior year’s condo usage. Owner Advantage Cards can only be issued in the owner’s name and they are non-transferable. Owners Advantage Cards are not valid to purchase season passes, lodging or liquor from the Mountain Market.
